Are your natural cleaning products tested on animals?

No. Absolutely not. Aromatherapy Naturals has been tested in homes, not on animals. Aromatherapy Naturals have been thoroughly tested in hundreds of homes by (myself) a cleaning service owner with over 11 years experience in the house cleaning business.

Where are your natural products made?

All of the natural cleaning products are made in a small rural town in Indiana around 25 minutes West of Cincinnati OH. All your aromatherapy products are made to order to ensure freshness and effectiveness.

What is the shelf life of your natural cleaning products?

Up to one year from date of purchase under normal circumstances. Certain environmental factors such as extreme heat will affect the shelf life. Aromatherapy products should be stored in a cool dry area. If you are a cleaning service owner and will be using Aromatherapy Naturals products, make sure to bring your products inside at the end of the work day and not leave them in a vehicle in extreme heat or cold.

Are your Aromatherapy Cleaning Products ready to use?

All the retail cleaning products are sold premixed and ready to use. The wholesale natural cleaning products are sold in concentrated refills and super concentrates which require the addition of water to dilute.

Are the essential oils already added to the natural products?

Yes. The essential oils are added to your natural cleaning products at the time your products are made.

I an having a hard time deciding which scent to use. Can you help me?

Yes. I have created an essential oil scent help page to help you decide which essential oil would best suit your scent preferences.

How do I know which essential oil scents are intense in aroma and which ones are lighter in scent?

Just look for "Scent Intensity" toward the bottom of each essential oil description page.

I would like a special essential oil blend. Can you create one?

How do I use your products?

What ingredients go into making your aromatherapy cleaning products?

Aromatherapy Naturals formulas are proprietary. This means that the specific formula and ingredients are the property of Aromatherapy Naturals LLC and do not legally need to be disclosed to the public. Most companies will not disclose their specific formula and ingredients because they do not want another manufacturer duplicating them. Do you sell bulk natural cleaning products?

Yes. The natural aromatherapy products are available in bulk to the public. You do not need a wholesale account to purchase the natural products at wholesale rates.

Do you offer Samples?

Due to cost of making Aromatheapy Naturals and the cost of shipping I cannot offer free samples. If you would like to try a few products, the 16oz Starter Set is a good choice. The starter set includes a Bathroom Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Floor Cleaner and All Purpose Cleaner in convenient 16oz bottles.

What types of payment do you accept?

 Aromatherapy Naturals accepts the following payment methods for your natural cleaning product order:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal (to pay with PayPal, choose the PayPal button at checkout)
  • Debit Cards (MasterCard or Visa Debit Cards)

We do not accept payment in the form of checks, e-checks, money orders or C.O.D.'s.

Can I place my order by phone?

Absolutely. Just call 812-637-3600 to place your order.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. You can order in any quanity you like.

Will I receive an invoice after my order is placed?

Yes. You will receive an invoice via email immediately after payment is made and you will also receive and invoice with your shipment.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check your order status, simply log in with the username and password you created when you placed your order. After you are logged in there will be a list of account links on the right hand side.

Shipping Questions

How will my order be shipped?

Aromatherapy Naturals uses UPS Ground shipping for most orders.

What if I need my order in a hurry?

If you need your order sooner, please call me and I can arrange for expedited shipping. Please be aware that Next Day Shipping or 2 Day Shipping rates are a lot higher and I will need to adjust your shipping rate.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Aromatherapy Naturals offers flat rate shipping. You pay only $8.95 for any size order! Free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more. (U.S. orders only)

I only ordered 2 products. Why do I have to pay the $8.95 flat rate shipping?

UPS bases their rates on zip code, if you are in a rural area, fuel costs and box dimensions. Also if the shipping destination is to a residence the shipping rates are higher than shipping to a business. The rate to ship a 2lb package is around the same as a larger package.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Aromatherapy Naturals ships within the continental U.S. and to Canada.

How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

Shipping to Canada is based on the total weight of your product order. To keep shipping costs down if you are ordering in bulk, it is best to order the single concentrates or the super concentrates rather than the gallon bottles.

Do you ship to any other countries other than the United States or Canada?

Because of the extremely high cost of shipping outside of the United States and Canada I cannot offer shipping to other countries.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required for all UPS shipments.

How do I determine how long the transit time will be for shipping?

To calculate the number of days it will take your order to arrive, use the UPS transit map. All orders are shipped from Indiana. Just find your state and check the color coded transit days below the shipping map.

I have a UPS account. Can I use my account number to have my products shipped?

Yes. If you would like to use your UPS account for shipping, call me at 812-637-3600 with your UPS number.
