All on line sales are final. When you order from Aromatherapy Naturals your products are created especially for you. Your order is not pulled from a surplus lot of products on a shelf or in a warehouse. Your products will not be formulated until the time your order is received, at which time they will be custom blended to meet your order specifications. 

Due to the strict manufacturing and fulfillment policy of Aromatherapy Naturals, a returned product cannot be re-sold. Please understand this is a benefit to you, so you'll know you will never receive products that have been shipped out, returned, restocked and then shipped again. No one wants returned merchandise. 

Be sure to check and re-check your order specifications before placing it and contact me immediately if you need to make any necessary changes to your order.
