If you have any problems or questions concerning your order or are dissatisfied with either the cleaning product or its condition upon arrival, please contact me immediately at 812-637-3600 or 513-258-9332. I will either replace the cleaning products you are dissatisfied with or refund your money.

You must notify me within 10 days of your delivery date to receive a refund or a replacement. Aromatherapy Naturals cannot refund shipping charges or return shipping charges.

Aromatherapy Naturals cannot issue a refund if you are simply not satisfied with a particular scent you ordered.
