It is very important that you are completely satisfied with Aromatherapy Naturals Cleaning Products. Aromatherapy Naturals is committed to providing top quality Natural Cleaning Products. All the ingredients used in making your products are chosen for quality and purity.

All online sales are final. When you order from Aromatherapy Naturals your products are created especially for you. Your order is not pulled from a surplus lot of products on a shelf or in a warehouse. Your products will not be formulated until the time your order is received, at which time they will be custom blended to meet your order specifications. 

Due to the strict manufacturing and fulfillment policy of Aromatherapy Naturals, a returned product cannot be re-sold. Please understand this is a benefit to you, so you'll know you will never receive products that have been shipped out, returned, restocked and then shipped again. No one wants returned merchandise. 

Be sure to check and re-check your order specifications before placing it and contact me immediately if you need to make any necessary changes to your order.

Aromatherapy Naturals does not accept returns for a scent exchange.

If you are not sure which scent to choose when ordering your products, please visit the Scent Help Page that explains the different essential oils used in the natural products and the scent intensity of the oils.

Products that are received damaged will be replaced at no charge. Shipping charges to return and replace a damaged product will be Aromatherapy Naturals responsibility. All costs to return a non-damaged item will be paid by the customer.
